ruterlabs Book a demo

Terms of use

The rules of the site, kept short.

What you can expect from this website, and what we ask in return. Client work is covered separately, by an agreement we sign together.

Effective October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is run by ruterlabs (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@ruterlabs.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this site

You’re welcome to browse it, try the interactive parts and share links to it. Please don’t try to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

3. The examples on this site

The inbox, the workflow screens, the demo plans and the other interactive pieces are illustrations of how a workflow could run. They’re scripted: they don’t show real customers, real results or live systems, and using them sends no messages and books nothing.

4. Asking for a demo

Asking for a demo is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. No agreement exists between us until we both sign one. We don’t promise particular results, such as search rankings, a number of bookings or time saved.

5. Our work

The design, code, text and animation of this site, and the ruterlabs name and logo, belong to ruterlabs. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Some parts are used under their own licenses: the fonts Geist, Geist Mono and Sora under the SIL Open Font License, the animation library GSAP under its own license, and the sound library Cuelume under the MIT License.

Where we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your information.

7. No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ruterlabs isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, or from relying on its general information. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Your information

How we handle anything you tell us is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located there.
